The product to be tested is clamped between two fixtures, and the servo motor and reducer drive the ball screw to rotate through the pulley, causing the crossbeam to drive the fixture to move up/down. At a specified speed, the lower fixture compresses/stretches upwards to load the sample. The force sensor senses the force load, converts the force into an analog signal, processes it through the acquisition control board, and sends it to the computer for display.
